Shopping at Suntec - Jan 8/117 days left

I went to get my hair cut in the morning. I thought I looked more like a nerd but my mom complimented it saying that it was nice. Oh well. It's the rainy season here in Singapore (no, we don't have white Christmases here, though my brother will love to have one so that school'll be cancelled), so here's how a nice day of snuggling between the covers and refusing to step out of the bed looks like once you step out.

Not very exciting, don't you think? Staying in bed beats this anytime.

Our family went to Suntec City yesterday evening, braving the rain as my dad attended a wedding dinner at the Convention Center and us itching to get rid of the shopping bug. For the record, my mom rarely goes to Suntec though, around the frequency of once or twice per year. (gosh) We didn't buy anything 'cos it's just too expensive and I had to break the impasse by buying gelato ice-cream which we all shared. Mint and double chocolate!

We also had fun with OTO's new rodeo-looking product. If you ask me, the video makes this vibrator device look seductive.. I wonder if it is really meant for the women as advertised. Anyway according to the salesperson who wasted no time on us but went to the guy next to us who was behaving more like a potential customer, we're supposed to lean backwards with a straight back and then let it rip! There're 4 modes, fast, faster, fastest and random. Random's the most fun in my opinion. Now I'm suffering from a sore bum which I hope won't prevent me from sitting down later in class.

Class starts in 30 minutes with UBZ4001: Management of Intellectual Property. Not exactly looking forward to be the only Science student amidst the Arts and the Bizad Honours students, but I guess I'll cope. I hope.
