Interview Eulogies

Writing thank you letters sound more and more like writing my personal eulogy for another unsuccessful interview. Sigh! I came up with the following to vent frustration:

Thank you very much for spending time with me yesterday. Although i had a nagging suspicion that the company is looking for an acrobat that can spit knives, i prayed hard for a more conventional role though my worst dreams came true.

I guess I should be more confident and hopeful. :)
