Christmas

I received a couple of presents on Thursday and they were so nice! Some of them were pretty extravagant, probably as I am nearing the end of my days in the company. I also played Santa to lovely colleagues as well, such as the black-white couple SR and JM we have here (what a coincidence with the colours of their tops!):


The CEO declared half day which was a wonderful reward and all of us trooped out after clearing our desks. We went to a Japanese restaurant for a farewell department lunch (for yours truly) and what can I say? Fantastic. Sashimi has never tasted so good and I have never eaten so full.


That's MDL trying very hard to see... the tag that the waitress wore. Yes, each waitress in the restaurant (it's a Japanese fine dining place) wears a visible white tag which has her name, her hobbies and food recommendations... So imagine 'Jane', 'Singing' (I Kid You Not), and 'XXX'. SINGING?!?!?
