AHS 4C '97 Class Reunion - Jan 13/112 days left

Wow, it's been slightly more than a year since we last had a high school class reunion! Yesterday's gathering came quite nicely as many of the guys were just about to step out from university and the girls have already been 'out there' for almost 2 years or even more. Thanks to Kaifeng, it was most certainly nostalgic to see Yinhui, Melissa, Hannah, Hanwei, Zhenhui, Stanley, Xiaoyun, Lawrence, Xianwei, Jiaqi, Richie and even Regina, who I haven't seen since graduation. A long-standing rumour about what Regina did after high school was finally resolved - she was indeed one of the other (few?) AHS graduate who went on to RJC.

We had dinner at this Nana Thai restaurant at Far East Plaza. Our group was so big that we even had our own room! Moreover, not only did the room come without any charges, the restaurant has no added service charge nor GST. However the room, a store room that has been haphazardly converted to a dining room was squalid and small. Euke. Quite an experience!

Following that was a bar called Nude which is this place within Wisma that can actually be accessed via the basement level from the MRT station. Cool! We didn't do much there sadly, just chilling out and chatting (though the latter became increasingly impossible with the live band coming on). The songs are nice and the drinks, standard pricing I'd think.

I climbed over the PGP gate when I was returned 'cos they were locked. There was this girl in front of me (whom I have unintentionally scared for tailing her after dropping off the same bus) who seemed veteran - she pushed her groceries through a hole in the wall and hoisted herself over the gate. As a result of sleeping late... I'm feeling sleepy right now though I've got to leave soon as there's still tuition to give at 9. Argh!
