Leaving for a day

I was on leave yesterday which was apparently controversial as it was the institution's grand opening and I should have been there to witness the megalithic event. Anyway I am now officially a co-owner of property and deep in debt. Fantastic!

After spending the whole morning on administration (sigh that is not the most effective way of using free time for myself), I could not stand the thought of the trip back home in the small car of the housing agent's so I decided to spend the afternoon roaming around aimlessly. Such is the dreary way of spending a precious day off in Singapore!



After some aimless walking around yet another neighbourhood centre (that is full of shopping), I decided to go home and upon reaching Tanah Merah MRT, impulse took over me and I bolted out of the train, heading for Changi Airport). As usual, I scanned for outgoing flights and realise the next one only takes place in the evening.
